You should be real careful about using rsync for backups, and that includes use of dirvish (which uses rsync):

I think we have feedback as a valuable metric to show if something was worth writing and it can be either the number of comments received, blog post replying to you or even the number of people subscribing to your feed with something like Google Reader.

But considering this metric, I am not sure I am doing the right thing myself, I am underperforming. Maybe I should stop and wind something else to do? Try to talk about better subject?

If your machine is a 32-bit windows box, that average RAM it will utilize is 3.3GB (even though it says it will run 4GBs).

I'm not savvy with Fedora, but would be interested to know if, and how well, Spinscape functions in that environment. It's free, web based, and available at www.spinscape.com. I'd truly appreciate any feedback you could offer.
Thanks,
Duane Harlick

Glad to hear that mind maps have been helpful to you, too. I've used FreeMind but mostly I use Mindjet's MindManager--both on Windows and also on Mac. Cheers.

Not sure I could get the Cottage Cheese into the blender. To me, that stuff looks too nasty to eat. Doubling up on the yogurt, that might work.

Wow, what a combination. I usually go for a basic fruit shake (e.g. OJ, frozen bannanas, and strawberries), and then mix in a few extra's like "brewer"s yeast" or protein powder. Brewer's yeast is high in Vitamin B and helps restore energy levels.

keep blending...
